A couple of weeks after Sasuke’s, Life and Death situation, the planning for the
wedding continued. Sakura’s whole family would be their, and well Sasuke’s
family would be their too, most spiritually, except Sasuke’s great, great, great
grandfather, Uchiha Madara, but that would still mean that the “Side of the
Groom” would be…..kinda empty. Anyways, the wedding would be held on
Christmas Eve which wasn’t too far away. It would be a beautiful white
Christmas with white roses, white gowns, white suites, and well… white
everything!! It would be the most memorable day in Sakura and Sasuke’s lives.
The preparations where hectic, they hired a married couple who helped them
with the preparations, Mr. Azuma & Mrs. Kurenai. Although there were some
misunderstandings between the two couples, but in the end it was all good.
The day before the wedding, Sasuke slept at his own apartment and Sakura
slept at Ino’s. Sasuke couldn’t get the butterflies out of his stomach (for once)
and so, he went out. Sasuke started wandering around, trying to relax, but he
couldn’t shake the anxiety, the pressure, and every other feeling one gets
when about to be married, Soon enough Sasuke walked past a bar, and he
decided that he needed a drink, Inside, their was only a bartender, Sasuke sat
down and laid his head down onto the bar table, “What would you like sir?”, a
eerie voice asked, Sasuke looked up at stared at the bartender, his skin was
pale white, their were violet rings around his eyes, Sasuke stopped staring a
looked at his name tag, “Umm… Orochimaru, give me a shot of tequila, hard
tequila”, and Sasuke laid his head down back on the table. As Sasuke’s mind
started to wonder about his future together with Sakura, his life ahead of him,
but his thoughts were interrupted when Orochimaru returned with his hard
tequila, as Sasuke drank the shot straight Orochimaru asked him, “Why are you
so stressed out sir?”, “I’m just kinda nervous about my wedding, it’s tomorrow,
<on Christmas Eve.”, Sasuke replied, “Ohh, do not worry sir, I am sure your
wedding will be fine, so who is the lucky lady?”, Orochimaru asked, “She’s was
my first, and only girlfriend and she joined me in the war, she was with me
every step of the way..”, Sasuke told Orochimaru, “Well sir, she is a very lucky
lady, I’ll give you a free bottle on the house, as a present for your wedding..”,
as Sasuke took the bottle from Orochimaru, he opened it up and started
drinking again. Soon enough Sasuke was drunk, very drunk
While Sasuke was out like a rock, he started dreaming, again, but while he was
in his alcoholic mind trip, he didn’t realize (like he could) that the wedding would
be in 2 hours and he was still drunk.
At Ino’s House………..
“Oh Ino!! Today is the big day, the day I become Mrs. Sakura Uchiha!!” Sakura
Lsquealed with glee, “Sakura, today will be the first day of the rest of your life
…",
I’m so happy for you!!!!!” Ino sobbed, Sakura hugged Ino tightly, and they
both went back to getting ready
10 min till weeding ……..
“Ohh, my head……, where am I, what time is it” as Sasuke looked at the wall
clock his brain started working back to full capacity, and he jumped back onto
his feet and bolted out of the bar, “Good Luck!”, Orochimaru yelled as Sasuke
raced to the church.
At the church…….
“Where is he???” Sakura asked worriedly, she couldn’t stop herself from
running around frantically.
